Wade - 2010 Lincoln Navigator

We came and looked at it one weekend and let him know we were going to check out a couple other vehicles at different lots. Never any high pressure from Gene or anyone else at the dealership. Drove the car and liked it. Came back a week later to check out the car again and made a deal with Gene sitting outside on the benches. Never once did I have to deal with a "Sales Manager" and Gene and I worked the numbers to both our favor. When I came back to pick up the vehicle I noticed a couple of things wrong with the car and they fixed the issues, their cost. Paperwork was completed, helped me purchase a warranty for the vehicle, and they went above with helping put the car in the name of a trust. Received in the mail today a check from American Auto Sales for overpayment of the titling of the car. Highly recommend working with American Auto Sales. Great car buying experience and will use them again when looking for another vehicle.
